01 // WARRANTY

Some products may include a limited warranty. The warranty period, if applicable, will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

02 // REFUNDS

💸 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.

Refunds may only be issued if

📌 In most cases, a replacement will be provided instead of a refund. We will always attempt to resolve the issue before processing any refund.


03 // PROOF

🧾 Proof Requirement

To submit a warranty claim or refund request, the buyer must provide the following:

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be denied at our discretion.


04 // ABUSE

⚠️ Abuse & Fraud

We take fraud, false claims, and chargebacks seriously. Any of the following may result in immediate consequences:

🚫 Permanent blacklist from our shop — no future orders will be accepted.

Loss of all warranty and support — all existing claims will be voided.

This includes but is not limited to: fraudulent chargeback disputes, impersonation, submitting fabricated proof, or attempting to abuse the replacement policy.

By purchasing from our shop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Warranty & Refund Policy in full. This agreement takes effect at the moment of purchase.
